Not a guru. Just curious.
I'm 38. On January 20, 2028 I turn 40. Instead of dreading the number, I decided to spend the 444 days before it learning how to age better, out loud.

Why I started.
The number 40 started following me around. Not in a crisis way, more in a "wait, what am I actually doing about how I age?" way.
I fell into the world of longevity and biohacking. Some of it was fascinating. Some of it was absurdly expensive. And a lot of it made me wonder about the things humans have always had: sleep, movement, food, plants, rituals, community and time outside.
So I'm spending 444 days actually looking. Not as a doctor or a scientist, and not as someone selling you anything. Just as a curious person who wants to know what works, what's exaggerated, and what we simply don't know yet.
Every day I share one card and take one small action. Every few weeks I try something on myself and tell you honestly how it went. By Day 0, I want to look better, feel better, and have better test results to show for it.
Six house rules.
The promises I made to myself (and to you) before writing a single card.
Curiosity before certainty.
I start with a question, not an answer I'm trying to sell.
Science before hype.
If the evidence is thin, I'll say so, even when the idea is fun.
Cheap before expensive.
Sleep, walks and grandma's tea get tested before fancy pills.
Natural isn't automatically safe.
Plants and supplements can interact with medicine. I flag it.
Balance over extremes.
A glass of wine and a slice of cake are part of a good life too.
If I don't know, I'll say so.
Changing my mind counts as progress, not failure.
Where to find me.
